1. Submit Your Artwork – Contact us and share your design through a Google Drive link.
2. Artwork Review – Our team will check if your file meets our printing requirements.
3. Place Your Order – Once your artwork is approved, proceed with checkout.
4. Confirm Your Order – Send your Order ID through our chat.
5. Production – Your order will be added to our printing queue.

For the best print quality, please follow these guidelines:

• Recommended Resolution: 4,000 pixels or higher, at least 150 DPI.
• Minimum Accepted Resolution: 1920 × 1080 pixels (print quality may be affected).
• Accepted Formats: JPG, PNG, EPS, PDF, and TIFF.
• Artwork: Submit your actual design file, not a deskmat mockup.
• Bleed: Include a 10 mm allowance on each side for printing and stitching.

We aim for 95–98% color accuracy. Slight differences may occur due to screen settings, surface texture, and printing limitations.

Custom orders typically take 2–3 business days for production after artwork approval. Please allow up to 7–10 business days during busy periods.

No. Once your artwork and order details are approved, changes to the design or size are no longer accepted.

Unfortunately, we do not offer design or layout services. Customers must provide their own ready-to-print artwork.
