Return/Refund Policy for Mousepad Customers in the Philippines

At MacvethOS, we value your satisfaction and want to ensure that you are completely happy with your purchase. This Return/Refund Policy outlines the guidelines and procedures for returning or refunding your mousepad purchase in the Philippines. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Eligibility for Returns/Refunds:

Returns and refunds are only applicable to mousepad purchases made directly from MacvethOS within the Philippines..

The mousepad must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

The return/refund request must be initiated within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Non-eligible Items:

The following items are not eligible for return or refund: Mousepads that have been used, damaged, or are not in their original condition. Mousepads purchased from third-party sellers or retail stores. Please refer to their respective return/refund policies.

Return/Refund Process:

To initiate a return or refund, please follow these steps:

a. Contact our Customer Support team at and provide your order number and the reason for the return/refund.

b. Our Customer Support team will guide you through the return/refund process and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number.

c. Package the mousepad securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation originally provided.

d. Clearly write the provided RA number on the outside of the package.

e. Ship the package to the address provided by our Customer Support team. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or the wrong item was shipped.

f. Once we receive the returned mousepad and confirm that it meets the eligibility criteria, we will process your refund.

g. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used during the purchase. Alternatively, if you prefer a refund directly to your preferred bank account, kindly contact our Customer Support team at to provide the necessary bank account details. Please allow a reasonable amount of time for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account once the information has been provided.

Defective or Incorrect Products:

If you receive a defective mousepad or the wrong item, please contact our Customer Support team immediately. We will guide you through the return process, arrange for the defective item to be picked up, and replace it with a new one. In such cases, all costs associated with return shipping will be covered by MacvethOS.


For exchanges due to defective products, please follow the return process as mentioned above. Upon receiving the returned item and confirming its eligibility, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement mousepad to you.
