Absolutely blew my expectations. The quality is unreal for the price — packaging alone felt premium, and the mat itself is buttery smooth. My setup finally looks like it belongs in a battlestation post.

Got the 900x400 Micro Control. It completely transformed my gaming station — zero mat movement, incredibly consistent tracking. Shipped in less than 2 days. Will buy again for my second desk.

Bought this as a gift for my husband and he literally unboxed it twice just to show his friends. The drawstring pouch, the card — it is all in the details. 100% recommend as a gift or for yourself.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) Here's What to Know.
Everything you need to know before bringing your design to life.
Important Reminder
By placing your order, you confirm that your artwork, selected size, and printing requirements have been reviewed and approved. Changes cannot be made once production begins.
What's the difference between SmoothGlide+ and Micro Control?
SmoothGlide+ offers a balanced, smooth glide for everyday use and gaming. Micro Control features a more textured surface for precise mouse movements and better stopping control, making it ideal for competitive FPS gaming.
How thick are Macveth Artisan Deskmats?
All Artisan Deskmats feature a 4mm thickness, with a cushioned anti-slip rubber base for comfort, stability, and everyday durability.
Which deskmat size should I choose?
It depends on your desk space and preferred setup. Larger sizes provide more room for your keyboard and mouse, while smaller sizes work well for compact spaces. We recommend measuring your desk before ordering.
Are Macveth Artisan Deskmats waterproof?
SmoothGlide+ features a waterproof surface that protects against everyday spills. Micro Control is water-resistant but not fully waterproof. We recommend wiping away spills promptly.
Will the artwork colors match what I see on my screen?
We aim to reproduce every artwork as accurately as possible. However, slight color differences may occur due to screen settings, surface texture, and printing limitations.
Are your deskmats compatible with all gaming mice?
Yes. Our Artisan Deskmats are designed to work with most modern optical and laser mice, providing reliable tracking for gaming, work, and everyday use.
How do I clean my Artisan Deskmat?
Gently clean the surface using mild soap, water, and a soft cloth or brush. Rinse thoroughly and allow it to air-dry completely. Avoid bleach, harsh chemicals, machine washing, and direct heat.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 24 hours. Estimated delivery times depend on your location, generally ranging from 1–7 business days within the Philippines. Courier operations and other factors may affect delivery.
Do you accept returns or replacements?
Yes. Eligible returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery, with the item unused and in its original condition and packaging. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact our support team with your order details and photos so we can assist.
